We acquire & manage residential rental properties, primarily in the Southwest Ohio, Central Kentucky, and Northern Kentucky locales. and add value to our residents, investors, and communities through our operations and processes.
Residents
We’re honored to have a part in providing homes for our residents. Our philosophy is simple: we provide housing we’d want to call home ourselves. By improving property conditions, being responsive to resident needs, and being fair and professional, our hope is that our residents’ experience from application to move-out is the best they’ve ever had.
Investors
We’re pleased to offer real-estate investment opportunities for both accredited and non-accredited investors. We take preservation and growth of our investors’ capital with the highest responsibility, and always structure investments to ensure alignment of interest with our investors.
